# Support

> How to get help on a Coriolis-managed store, what to include in a ticket, and what these docs cover.

These docs answer operator tasks: domain, payments, shipping, FFL Cockpit, POS sync, and GunSearchEngine usage. Support handles the cases the docs cannot see, which is your live store.

## What to send

Open a ticket from the address on the account. Include:

* Store domain
* What you expected and what happened
* Order number, SKU, or distributor, if it is a single record
* Screenshot of the WooCommerce or Cockpit screen, not a phone photo of the monitor
* Whether this started after a change you made

Do not send card numbers, full gateway secrets, or a customer's license image in the first message. We will ask if we need a credential, and we will tell you where to put it.

## What we will not do in a ticket

We do not give legal advice, ATF opinions, or bound-book instructions. Transfer law and your electronic bound book stay with your compliance vendor and your counsel. We also do not rebuild a theme inside a same-day ticket. That is a scoped change.

## When to use the docs instead

Search this site before you write. Catalog import, ship-to-FFL settings, and AIM sync steps are here so you are not waiting on us for a click-path. If the doc is wrong for your store, say so in the ticket and name the page. That is how the manual gets corrected.

## AI agents

If you run your own agent, point it at `/llms-full.txt`. It carries every guide on this site as plain text. [Grok Bot setup](https://www.coriolisagency.com/grok-bot-setup) covers putting an agent on your store, and [Botopticon](https://www.botopticon.com/) is the board where you watch what each agent is doing.
