Kadence is the theme on a Coriolis store. You can change copy, images, and menus. You cannot restyle checkout or remove the FFL selector and expect orders to survive. Structural edits go through support so a plugin update does not wipe them.

Safe to edit

  • Page copy on Home, About, and policy pages, in the block editor.
  • The menu items under Appearance, then Menus. Do not delete Cart or Checkout.
  • The logo and the footer phone number, in the Customizer.
  • Product photos and short descriptions. Those are product fields, not theme files.

Leave alone

  • Checkout blocks and the FFL Checkout template. A block you remove is how the dealer selector disappears.
  • Plugin files, the child theme’s functions.php, and any snippet you found on a blog.
  • WooCommerce status page tools that rewrite permalinks. Permalinks are set. Changing them 404s the catalog.
  • A second page builder. Kadence is the builder. Another one fights it.
If you want a layout change, send the page URL and a note of what should move. We scope it. Same-day tickets do not include a theme rebuild. What is included at setup is on the gun store website plans.
